Default How do I wire my 2-step to deactivate N2O?

I thought this was going to be easy. Just wire it up with a relay thats normally closed so when the 2 step is active, it's grounded and the circuit is open. Problem is, I can't find anyone that sells a normally closed relay.

How can I do this differently? Anyone have a wiring diagram or something that they used?? Thanks,

Craig

You need a Normally open relay (5 pin), Break your wire from your WOT switch with the relay, when the relay isnt getting power wot power will still be going through it, connect the trigger on the relay to your nitrous arming switch, and connect the output (Blue?) from the 2-step to the ground side of the relay. So that when you are just driving and you want to spray power will be going right through the relay, but when you activate the 2 step and the wire goes ground, it energizes the relay and breaks the wot power and the nitrous wont come on, I hope this makes sense

Cant you use the wire off the clutch pedal to be your ground for the nos. When the pedal is released it's grounded, when you push it in it's not armed.

I don't understand this "it energizes the relay and breaks the wot power"

When the relay is energized on a normally open relay, the circuit is active.

Why didn't Harlan just set up the 2-step to be normally grounded and not grounded when its activated? Would be much easier to wire up.

A five pin auto relay should have 87 as normally open, and 87A as normally closed.

You want to connect the yellow wire to 85 and run a wire from 87A to your solenoids. I made up a diagram, just ignore the bottom part of it if you are not running a window switch. Connect 30 to battery and 86 to your micro switch.

when your clutch pedal is released there should be a ground signal from the clutch switch to the gray wire , tap off of that to use as your nos ground,or if it's live use that to power your nos set up.Use the switch thats there, no need for another one
