how much can you spray
i think the highest i have seen is a 200 shot with proper fuel upgrades. not sure how safe taht is though, or how long it will last. personally i dont like going over a 150 on stock internals, i like to play it safe 
At Rev Extreme in Tampa we have sprayed two cars well in excess of a 200 shot on stock bottom end. Both using dual stages and dry tuning.
One was a stage I heads and cam car that made roughly 400 rwhp on the nitrous tune...he made 680 rwhp on the juice.
The other is a custom three stage dry (small shots based on RPM), its a cam only car that makes 395 rwhp all motor and 605 rwhp on spray.
Both cars are 6 speeds. I think the way the 3 stage car is setup it will live a long time...on pump gas.

Good point Brad...those cars had very specifically designed setups tuned to a nats ***. The 605 rwhp car made about 530 ft lbs of tq...very mild and secifically controlled. Thats what allows it to get by on pump gas. But each stage comes on based on rpm. It is about a 210 shot total......but it would be much harder on your motor spraying a 175 shot all at once than a 210 spread out over the powerband.
