I'm about to install an F1 kit in the next week or two. I'm only "planning" to spray a 75 or 100 shot. I'm going use a MSD window switch and the TR6 plugs. I've searched and it seems that the TR6's should be gapped at .035 - .040. What gap has seemed to work the best ? I am going to have a full tune on the car so will it matter that much ? Also, should my stock valvetrain and fuel pump be ok with this size shot ? I plan on installing a cam in the next 6 mos. so should I just wait and upgrade my springs and pushrods then? Thanks for any info.

i run my tr-6 at 39 with no problems. if you stay with the 75ish your fuel pump will be fine, but do get the walbro 255 as soom as you can,a 150 shot is more fun then a 75.you can wait to upgrade the springs ti'll you get the cam.i would get the fuelpump in before the cam to be safe, your car will run fine with the fuelpump and no tune.the window switch is a great idea,i have one too. goodluck bro.
