Where to get these parts?

Where can I order just the power ring for a ported throttle body. I've seen the HPE and the TNT. Can I order them seperately? Also, I've seen some n20 solenoids mounted to a plate beside the throttle body. Can you buy this plate to mount the solenoids on or are these fabricated by those that have these?
