Default Tips to remove Nozzle from intake (locktite)

I had a friend install an NX LT1 direct port setup on my LT1 intake. Some of the nozzles are too shallow/look like they are going to spray the injector wall, so I'd like to sink them farther down.

The nozzles have already had the loctite applied and are very very secure. In trying to remove one, I already broke one nozzle off at the base ($52 mistake #1). How do I get these back out/deeper without breaking them? Any tips? I thought the loctite woud just just break lose, but the nozzles are very delicate and just snapped off.

How do you guys remove them once theyhave been seated? I understand easily, but any tips on the locktite?

You will need some heat. Take a propane torch (not a cutting torch)and heat the intake and nozzle. They will need to get hot. While heating start appling pressure to remove the nozzle. Once it starts to turn easily it should come out. One down fall is if the threads get seized the nozzle will be junk and half to be redrilled. As far as the depth goes if you send me pics I can tell you if it is not deep enough before you go throu all this work.

RETAPPING: A little goes a long way. once the nozzle are out clean all contact areas and run the tap back down the hole. Remember to only add 1/4 turns(once tap get tight) at a time while rechecking depth with nozzle for that hole. The nozzle should start getting tight 1/2 - 1/4 turn from the final stopping postion. Reloctite and install.

Or just send us your intake and you will only need to pay for the nozzles that break and freight.
Hope this helps
