TPS and FPSS acting up…

TPS and FPSS acting up… Long, sorry.
NX TPS
I bought the electronic TPS from NX. This unit works very well when it’s dialed in, but somehow it’s getting out of adjustment or the signal isn’t very consistent.
The NX TPS reads resistance and you dial it into the amount of resistance that is present when the TPS on the throttle body is reading WOT. I dialed mine in one turn past the point when the light on the NX TPS aluminates and it worked fine for a while. Then I went to dyno my car and the nitrous wouldn’t hit. I checked everything out only to find that the NX TPS wasn’t reading WOT, I had to adjust it out another 4 turns to make the light come on.
A few weeks later I was out and had the system armed. I hit WOT and nothing, checked my NX TPS and it wasn’t reading it.
Could this be a faulty NX TPS? Or is it something with the connection to the TPS on the TB?

I’m only assuming this is the culprit for my symptoms, so.
When I’m spraying in 3rd, sometimes I can feel pulsing of power like the system is kicking on and off very rapidly. It doesn’t do this all of the time either.
I have a Racetronix fuel system and the FPSS retains factory settings. Could the FPSS be the cause?

Well the FPSS is letting it spray. It just pulses it sometimes, not all of the time. The TPS is what is causing it to not spray at all sometimes.
I'm pretty sure I'm not running out of fuel, so it has to be something with the FPSS.

Ok lets start with the TPS check all connections, make sure they have good solid clean connections on both the ground and the hot sides of the tps sensing unit. I would hold the throttle 3/4 - full open. Set the switch, and test that you have 12 volts going to your relay. Try the system out, if a surging problem pops up, stop get the test light and recheck that you still have 12volts to the realy at the 3/4-full throttle. IF you do then its the fpss or some other connection. Take a test light and put it on the relay side of your fpss and touch a hot source with the probe while the car is running. It should glow as long as switch is working. If it does not, remove the rubber plug form the top of fpss and using an allen wrench turn the allen plug 1 full turn counter clockwise. if it still does not glow the test light please return for us to test here and trade out for a new one. When ever you have a sytem that is turning on and off it is diffenitly electrical. check all connection check each part replace bad part and or connections.
