what combo is best for nitrous?

what combo is best for nitrous? how much can i spray on either of these 3 setups im considering
diamond forged pistons stock crank/rods.. with a 224/228 114 cc nitrous grind
diamond forged pistons lunati rods and arp rod bolts. stock crank, same cam with stage 2 ls6 heads... im hoping atleast 200 on this!
or a 346 or 374 complete forged assembly with stage 2 ls6 heads and a bigger nitrous cam.. i would hope with the 374 250 or more would be attainable from my f2 kit???
i heard of some ppl having trouble with 250-300 on a 408 tho and so i just dont know how much is safe to spray everytime at the track... compression ratio will be 10:5-1.
