Why would piston #1 go before the others?

Why would piston #1 go before the others? I was spraying a 150 shot on my H/C stock short block motor and I blew a hole in my #1 piston. I thought the back pistons were the ones to get fried first?? Any thoughts?
My car kept burning plug #3. Took me a few weeks to figure it out but I finaly reset the intake an it went back to normal. Your issue could have been due to some sort of intake leak or maybe an injector failed?
