Default Why would piston #1 go before the others?

I was spraying a 150 shot on my H/C stock short block motor and I blew a hole in my #1 piston. I thought the back pistons were the ones to get fried first?? Any thoughts?

My car kept burning plug #3. Took me a few weeks to figure it out but I finaly reset the intake an it went back to normal. Your issue could have been due to some sort of intake leak or maybe an injector failed?

True, or did it just lift the ring up causing the hole. If that happened then it might have been a weaker piston or a lean condition.
