If I were to run a Stand Alone Fuel System for my nitrous and ran 110 in the cell, would it be safe to run a 175 shot through a stock 91K mile Lt1? Detonation is the big drawback with stock pistons correct? So 110 Would Definantly Help Solve That Problem I would think.

Log it and watch for KR. I would say its ok to give it a whirl but $hit better be dead on as far as the tune goes. shoot for a 11.5-11.8:1 AFR. Make sure you have a cold enough plug too. Should go fast. You spraying through a single nozle?
