Tuning question I was wondering if there is any tuning required when running the 05177 kit? and what kind of times to expect. I currently have a best et of 12.19 @ 110. still on the stock rear so I don't plan on spraying off the line.
wHAT JET do you plan on using??? It's always a good idea to retard a degree or two of timing when running a 100 shot+, or even 75 shot.
You most likely won't have to do too much tuning, but it's always a good idea to get your a/f checked at the very least, adn listen for detonation.

Iam going to tune mine in a few weeks....I will be running the NOS 5177 kit also.....but Iam upgrading the fuel pump and injectors also. I think a tune is great but not a must.....a must is to get the A/F ratio checked! Who know's, the tune could/should get some extra hp to the wheels also.
