Have been doing some research. I found some people have gone two steps colder (NGK-TR7), rather than TR-6. They say for running anywhere from a 125-200 shot, it would be better to go two steps colder, rather than one.
Anyone agree or disagree?
I plan to run a 150 shot.

I have tried TR6, TR7, and -8....The -6 work the bet for me up to 200 shot....-8 were not pleasant on a 150 shot and just too damn cold, -7 were the same as -6....I jsut put -6 gapped at .038 in my 04 GTO (preparing to put notrous on it), and it runs great naturally aspirated..

Regardless of what you decide you need to tune the car around what you are working with. I personally run a NGK8 everyday and change to a 9 for the gas at the track.
