Default Best Off-Shelf Nitrous cam??

Theres so many damn cams out there, i don't know which 1 to pick. Wanting 110-112 LSA.

Then you need to stick with NA power. 110-112 are not nitrous friendly cams because of the excess valve overlap.

If you want a nitrous friendlier grind stick to the 114 and up LSA grinds. You need to also take into account the valve events. Less overlap is good on the squeeze.

Cylinder pressure=power
Cylinder pressure=heat

With heat you need more fuel and cooler plugs to keep things in check.

you'll want a cam with a split duration like 231/237 or 233/239 for example. and either a 112 or 114lsa. may people run the 231/237 on a 112lsa and are more than happy with it on the bottle.

VHP 056 is what i'll be putting in my car once i get headers. but, seeing as you have a 4.8L, the 043 might be a better option. call them up and get their opinion.
