Default on a stock ls1

what is a safe shot to run on a stock WS6 w/o having to worry about messing anything up?

There's allways a chance of messing things up. It all deends on things like where you put the nozzles or if you are wet or dry.

IMO If you can do dry at your desired pill with your fuel system it is better to do it dry and shoot the MAF. There are a bunch of reasons I'll get into if you want but in short dry setups are better on the ls1.
