i own a 2000 WS6 M6. i have around 46K miles on it. i never really looked into nitrous for power untill i started really paying attention to others who have used it. i have read alot of the threads on the nitrous section and i am really considering buying a kit. i am going to be installing soon the TSP 233/239 and they say it loves nitrous. i been looking at the T.N.T F-1 Wet Kit. but also get most of the stuff needed to run nitrous safely. but wanted to get other nitrous owners takes on this.
not trying to deter you at all, as i do not own nitrous but i research it alot.
i think you should spend $ on traction and tuning (hptuners i'd say) first. then the nitrous will do what it is susposed to do safely.
no offense to anybody* but i just read a sig that said something like 12.0 @ 122mph on juice. that SHOULD read 11.5 or better @ 122 on juice.
split duration cams (like your cam) are said to like the juice so...

Well all i have to give for advice is the same as sleeperstyle, being as i do not have nitrous but know a good deal about it. First of all, im not sure what tires you have but you dont wanna spray 1/4 mile with drag radials and no rear-end. You can safely use it on the road though, just cant have drag radials or turn it on from 2nd gear forward. the other thing as sleeper said, after you get that cam you should get a tune. A tune is very important to making good reliable and safe power. I would take it to a tune shop, instead of the self tuning, they know what there doing most of the time. The other thing i would suggest is that if your going for quarter mile, forget the nitro for a bit and look into putting the power to the ground. After the Cam save your money for a rear-end with maybe 3.73's and then do a 100-150 shot on drag radials and you will be hauing some serious ***. But if your gonna get a rear-end and decide not to do nitrous then get 4.11's. Well good luck with whatever you decide on.
There are plenty of guys running stock with nitrous that love it! If you want nitrous just make sure you have all the safety precautions. TNT is a great kit and you will definately not be disappointed with it. Nitrous can be very fun and safe, If you are getting the cam though a good tune would help with some safety concerns and help out with gaining a few more horses. I have a used kit TNT for sale if you are interested PM me.
I use the TNT F1 kit and it works great. All you will need is to install a fuel pump if you are going to use the larger 150 pills in the kit. You don't need bigger injectors since the solenoid is spraying the fuel. Get yourself a window switch as well with the appropriate rpm pills. Do a search on this and find out what you might want or call one of the sponsors. Good luck!
