More power: No2 vs. timing

In my givin scenario, would it be better for me to run a 150 shot and more timing, or a 200 shot and less timing? I'm limited to 93 octane and I'm not sure how much "extra" timing would have to be pulled to make the 200 shot/93 octane work. I'm wondering where the point of octane/nitrous/and timing start to rendor useless.
I highly doubt the timing needed to be pulled would take away more than 50 HP, so you would most likely come out on top by pulling timing to run a 200 shot. However, the question then is can your engine/fuel system support a 200 shot.

Agree go 200shot. Reducution in 2* per 50hp for juice. And typical timing increase in power output is around 2-5hp per degree. So, if you added a couple degree you'd most likely see max of around 10hp, yet if you decrease timing and add nitrous, you get more around 50hp!
