Default Timing Tuner question....upper rpm limit....

I have ben using a timing tuner on my camaro, shutting the nitrous off 6500-6800 (depending)...I know have my nitorus working on my GTO, and I set the upper limit at 5900, which seems ok, but from the manual/instructions it seems that 5900 is the lowest rpm set point you can use for the upper rpm limit on the window switch....is this accurate? I would like to try it a little lower, maybe 5700 to be sure to shut it off between shifts...

Any input..

Thanks
