First one looks to deffinatly looks to be a real Dynotune product and I don't reconize who the second one is made by. It looks like a typical pressure switch so it should be the real deal.
A/F ratio cutoff switch is nice if you want to be super safe. I had one but never hooked it up.

Care should be taken whenever you are dealling with the nitrous pressure. Get with your mfg, who built the heater you are using and buy there controller. Then if there is any problems you will not have a (it there fault no its there fault) crap going on.
