I have a NX wet kit universal EFI. Right now i have a holley fuel presure regulator connected to the end of my fuel rail then a fpss. Do i need this regulator? Is it helping or hurting me? And what pressures should i run with a 50shot , 100shot, 150shot??

Didn't you already ask this once? Maybe I'm mistaken. Either way, get the regulator off there, it shouldn't have ever been put there.

No get rid of that.. You do not need a Fuel Pressure Regulator on a stock fuel system. It is hurting you, trust me on this one. A standard Wet kit is designed for your stock Fuel Pressure, there is no reason to have a regulator.
