Default dry-to-wet suggestions...?

I'm basically looking to convert my NOS5177 from dry to wet. Main reason being is that the car is leaning out way too much on a dry shot & I know NOS makes a wet kit-conversion.

My question is, with the issue of safety, could I run a simliar wet setup like the NOS5177 runs (redundant noids)? What I mean is, can I run two fuel & two n2o solenoids? Or should I just order the conversion kit w/the one fuel solenoid & call it a day. Any input or advise, or anyone who has converted please chime in! Thanks!

I went from the 5177 to a TNT set up. I couldn't be more happy. If you run a good nitrous filter and give your system a check every now and then, I would just stick with single fuel and nitrous solenoids.

Yup, already running the NOS filter. What do you mean by checking the system? Pulling the noids apart?

Really no need to pull the noids apart unless there is a problem or it's a been a year or so and they're do for a rebuild. Just test the system every month or so. Unhook the lines at the nozzles, by pass your window switch and trigger the system by hand with the WOT switch while watching the lines just to make sure the solenoids are not sticking open or shut.

Did you descreen your MAF like we suggested in your other thread?? That is most likely causing your lean conditon on the dry shot.

Step #1 sell 5177 kit.

Step # 2 buy NX or TNT.

By the time you do this, you will have less invested than converting it to a solid wet setup, with 2 good noids vs the small noids of the 5177 kit.
