how much spray with head/cam package?

how much spray with head/cam package? Im looking inot buying AFR heads and a comp cam for my TA and im currently running a 150 shot if i put the Head/cam package on car can i stick with the 150 shot or should i drop it down or stop spraying completely?
i run mine right under 11.1 ratio. i have sprayed more than that and never had a problem, but you will be pushing the stock bottom end. I am assuming that is what you have. you will need a bigger fuel pump though.
With a good after market fuel pump, NGK-6's, great tune... 200 shot on stock bottom end will work 
. Now getting that much power to the ground is an entirely different story.
See signature for my mild stock bottom end with a TNT wet 200 shot can do.

Thats pretty sweet. Yea im looking to get a nice set of heads and a good size cam and fuel system upgrade (pump,injectors and rails). So i hope ill be set now i just have to worry about tranny (a4) and rear.
