Spraying on TR55's?

Spraying on TR55's? I've done a search, but haven't come up with my answers. What is a safe shot on TR55 plugs? I hate to change plugs just to run spray, but don't want to hurt the motor. I have a timing tuner, can I just pull more timing to ward off detonation and still use the TR55's? Or would I be safe to run say a 75 shot on them? My car has heads/ cam/ stall etc. Thanks!

Did some more searching, looks like the TR6's are the only way to go, I'm just nervous about fouling them out frequently. I drive my car alot, and haul my newborn son around in it, don't have time to work on it constantly. My car will be tuned here shortly, but right now it idles kinda rough anyway and has a rich idle, I'm afriad the Tr6's will make it worse.

gap depends on how much you shoot. Up to 150 and .038>.042 is good. (on stock SCR)
BTW I run TR6's all the time, no fouling if your tune is dialed in properly. The best way is to have a nitrous timing box and run normal street tune but once nitrous is activated it goes into a reduced timing mode.
