ok well nitrous still not working!!

ok well nitrous still not working!! well now the fuel solenoid is clickign when i hit the wot switch...but not the nitrous!
i looked at the relay before and it was fried, so i replaced it and now its working, but why not the nitrous one?
should i replace the wires maybe or what?
could the solenoid be clogged with **** and make it stuck closed?
i do not hear or feel n e ticking from the nitrous noid..i may just have to hook up one wire to pos and then one to neg and see if it clicks that way!!
