Question on bottle heater...

I'm getting together my nitrous kit to install in my car and wanted to know the basics about a bottle heater. I know that it helps to keep the pressure up so you have more consintent runs but how does it know when to turn off. Does it have a thermostat or something or does it always stay on (hot). Also, where is the switch usually located, in the driver's area or at the bottle.

Also, is there an advantage to the different brands and kinds of warmers?

you can get either

a lot of new ones shut off based off pressure. others are just on/off. the switch is usually located up by the driver

Your best off with the dynoTune heater kit.

Its the most affordable and is fully adjustable. Pressure operated not temperature.
Real slick, simple installation. It will also hold the pressure much closer to your setpoint that other types of Thermostat heaters!

One more thing about the Dyno tune heater, it's 300 watts compared to some of the others at 240 watts. This will heat quicker, about 80% of the time of the lower watt heater. Go for it you won't be dissapointed.
