As Turbos and SCs lower the altitude impact on power loss, does nitrous, as inyecting more Oxigen would do so too?

 

Any forced induction will help to eliminate the losses of altitute. In this respect though, turbo > supercharger > nitrous with turbo cars being least affected by elevation. We still have yet to see a sprayed LS1 hit 10s in New Mexico.
