i have a question, does that make your 60' a little slower because you crossed the 60' mark still on just the back tires, so the front ones were already past it when it got your rear tires?

Yes the 60ft shows slower. In all reality it really is slower to begin with because the energy that you exerted going up could have been used to go foward. But 1.30 60ft on the rear tires is good and 1.27 is the best but when we set the suspension up next time it will be all foward energy.

No the car has Wolfe Racecraft thru the floor sub frame connectors which are pretty stout and somewhat protect the bottom of the car. The D/S header hangs at the lowest point and that's what it came down on.

But just bearly dented it. The primary is far from flat. LOL

The car is now so low we are putting Madman protectors on the car. They will sit about 1in from the ground at most. LOL
The car looks sick. I will post pics when I get the suspension all squared away.

No you dont...Tune your suspension....People always wanting to put band aids on the car with "wheelie bars" They have cars running low low 5's and 4.90's in the 1/8 with no bars on them just parachutes. Why do you think you need them...because the person is lazy? I'll vote against it.

V6 Bird

I guess we need a suspension expert to help. I have all the adjustables on the car. What settings would you suggest. 3 up front; 6 out back on QA1.

First id make some changes to the front of the car like tightening the shocks up...IF that doesnt work id install some travel limiters.....Last but not least if that doesnt keep it down take some pinion angle out so it hits the tires less harsh for softer smoother launch.

You want to motivate the car forward more then up.

Eric, the SS hasn't really been touched since the engine was pulled and the car put back into the trailer. It looks worse than expected. Even the valves are totally f**ked up Plans right now are wheelies bars and limiters.
