You would need to install a Normally Closed cherry switch on a bracket and mount it to the shifter, coming in contact with the shifter in 1st gear. I was going to do this but spraying a 100 shot at the track off the line is badass! Anyhting larger you my want the switch or go progressive controller.

got any pics of how to mount this switch? Not much room on a c5 near shifter base.

TPS is a pain in the ***. Never got mine to work right. Use a switch under the pedal. The diagram above shows the wiring and the correct pin off the ECU.

In your diagram, which is very nice, what do the boxes marked "coil" refer to? Thanks!

first gear lock out is only offered on the BMN window switch.

Man! I am doing the tps switch but I cant open the diagram due to it being in microsoft office excell or something.Any help would be appreciated or maybe you can describe wich wire at the pcm to use?
