Well i'm trying to decide between 402 alu or 408 iron..

I want to make a 11.5 Comp 402/408 with a Direct Port of 200 to 300 shot.

I would love to 402 for the weight penalty of the 408, 6 CIDs doesn't really bother me.

BUT, would iron be more safe than aluminium for big spray?

aluminum is the way to go man, it's alot lighter I'd do the aluiminum if I could do it again.
