I was wondering to make my nitrous refilling business legit what would i need?? I know a standard business licence would be need, but what else from a hazmat or other licences will i need?

 

the only other thing besides a DBA(buisness liscense) would probably be running your buisness in the proper zoning in the city your operating out of. there wouldnt be any hazmat situation with this product. the city will probably make you keap the cylinders in a cage of some sort. they do that so if a tank/cylinder were to tip over the cage would catch it and keap it from hitting the ground.
the biggest problem your gonna have is keaping people from breaking in and stealling the stuff(im not joking).
