If you melted the plugs that bad I would be doing a leak down test, or a compression test at the very least.

I would recommend finding out one way or another what your A/F ratio is while spraying without just assuming the recommended jets are the correct ones.
I would test the solenoids, call NX and they can tell you how much the fuel and nitrous solenoids should flow at a certain jet for a certain duration of time.
check FP with a gauge while on a dyno, and do AF ratio as well...

I'll have it back on the dyno after I get my Racetronics pump installed. Maybe that is the reason why I needed a bigger fuel jet.
