Running Lean?
Running Lean? I pulled my tr6's(gapped at 35) out and 6 out of the 8 were done the ground straps and porcelin were melted away. I know it's running lean but what should I trouble shoot? I have the correct jets installed for the 75 shot my car has 58k with a brand new racetronix pump. Could it be that some of the injectors are clogged, should i run the 100 fuel jets with the 75 nitrous jets? I run a cartek timing retard module, and always run amoco or sunoco 93 octane and the car seems to run fine NA.Any help is appreciated
Can you post any pics of the plugs. Sounds super lean to me. I would start by testing the fuel solenoid and checking the fuel jets to see if there is any junk in them.
If you melted the plugs that bad I would be doing a leak down test, or a compression test at the very least.

I can't post any pics I'm currently deployed overseas I'll be returning in 2 months. I just wanted to know how I should troubleshoot it when I get home. I dont have a fuel pressure gauge,I'll have to get one, and I'm pretty sure the timing module pulls 4 degrees. The system is brand new, and the solienoids were working when i installed it. When I put my car on the dyno to check the A/F ratio while spraying, I found that the recommended jets caused me to be lean. Right now, I run the #52 jet for nitrous (for 100 shot) and the #35 jet for fuel (for 150 shot).
I would recommend finding out one way or another what your A/F ratio is while spraying without just assuming the recommended jets are the correct ones.

.4 and 6 mph on a 75 shot is not terrible (per your sig)....the plugs being broke is very bad...
I would test the solenoids, call NX and they can tell you how much the fuel and nitrous solenoids should flow at a certain jet for a certain duration of time.
check FP with a gauge while on a dyno, and do AF ratio as well...

My solenoids had just been to Nitrous Express for servicing. My bottle pressure was at 950 but I am on the stock fuel pump with almost 500 hp at the wheels.
