No, I have no idea about the purge exit nor where I can locate some thin, black tubing for that purpose. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Finally, I want to install the NX switch console assembly in the ashtray area, but how do I get to the wiring behind there? Do I need to cut out the plastic that's left back there after I pull out the ashtray? Do I need to remove the stereo head unit bezel and, if so, how do I go about doing that? Thanks again!

That's pretty trick the way Airwolf did his purge. I opted for the "Bulls Nostril" over the windshield (Dyno Tune) pic in web.
On the ashtray wiring, if your careful you can set it back up to stock when selling, as I have done that and you can't tell it was ever modded. Yes the plastic behind the ash tray has to be cut, but ash tray will still fit and work later. there's a aluim brkt behinh ashtray that a screw (?) goes into that needs cutting or bending. I cut mine because once the ashtray pleastic is cut the screw won't be going back anyway. Under dash on pass side you can push wires up into switch area as needed without removing console after intial removal for cutting. Here's a pic just to give a idea of how much can fit in there, and there is more now than this pic. Stereo stays put. I have 5 switches and three lights in the ashtray area. I used the lighter hole for my purge button and all can go to stock later.

I don't like using temps to regulate my PSI & I'm running an electric gauge. I'm fine with my setup. I only have bottles in my car when going to the track anyway, it's fast enough on the street to hold it's own NA.

No, that's fine using the mech type transducer. A couple more reasons I chose the elect transducer. My stuff is on display and I didn't like the looks of the transducer and wiring hanging off my bottle. Also, on the electrical transducer when bottle will no longer heat to more than about 850/900psi, I know I have about three pounds n2o left. Whereas, a mech transducer will heat whatever amount of n2o to the set press, no way without weighing to know what's left in bottle. This can also cause a rich condition on wet kits when pressure is low cause of the set mech fuel jet. Just my preference and not trying to convince anyone to do anything. Just putting the info out so everyone can make an informed decission. I have an NX mech transducer available if anyone wants/needs one.

I am now getting the Series 63 out of the way, so I am going to go talk to the shop this weekend, or next week, just to figure my install out since i have a FULL Package and I want to go over what I envision and get their feedback as to how everything is going to be installed.

I am going the NX switches in the ashtray and also a NX Electric N2O Pressure Gauge where th ecig lighter si and I shoudl still be able to close the door.

Good Luck and thanks Robert, Wolf, and everyone for all the info and pics, they help out a lot!

No. I have all the preliminary stuff done.........solenoids are all plumbed and ready to go in, the bottle is mounted and ready to go in the trunk, etc but I'm still waiting on my remote bottle opener which is backordered which is what's holding me up. I don't want to have to fish lines twice so I'm waiting till everything is in before proceeding. Once we get started, I don't think it's going to take a terribly long time to complete. I have my fingers crossed anyway.

I too would like to again thank everyone for their help. It's been invaluable to me.

Well, the remote bottle opener is still not in, so I'm going to move forward with the installation without it. I'll just do all the wiring necessary for the opener as I do the rest of it so all I'll have to do is mount and hook it up when it does arrive.

Anyway, I removed the plastic and cut out the metal to mount my console switch assembly and want to start making the electrical connections to it, but I'm trying to figure out how to get wires from the passenger side of the underdash area to the ash tray area where the switch assembly is going. How do I remove/release the bottom portion of the passenger side dash so I can reach up the behind the ash tray with some wires? Thanks!

P.S.- I see what looks like some plastic buttons/connectors, do I just pry them out? Thanks again!
