nx makes a switch panel that will go right in the existing area above your ashtray. Where your tcs is currently, it replaces that hole plastic cover

When i first installed mine I put the switches in the center console glove box. They were hidden and out of the way. Later, when i removed my radio, i bought a square piece of guitar pickguard. They same pickguards that are put on Strats and such. I used a dremel and mounted the switches where the radio was and placed all others (ie Line lock) there. Made a really nice and clean install.

The pickguards are 4 layer sheets that can be etched or engraved with whatever lettering you want. Mine are black with white lettering. Total cost was under 30 dollars.

If you are referring to the nitrous solenoid's momentary on switch (that actually shoots the NOS) then it should be readily available to press without negatively affecting your driving ability. Ideally both hands on the steering wheel. You could co-opt one of the stereo control switches in the steering wheel, or co-opt the horn switch, or (my favorite) activate it via a WOT switch so you just push your foot and it goes.

If you mean simply the system's master arm switch then go with the recommendations above...my favorite is the TCS switch location. If you don't have TCS then it's a great place to put a switch panel.

Sure you don't want to try the ashtray?
