Default Fuel?

Ok guys, I hear that a stock fuel system is only good for about 450 HP, so if that is true when I go h/c and I'm close to 450 I'll have to upgrade the fuel system when I spray a 100 shot? Am I right? If so then I know that there is a in tank fuel pump in my car so do I have to replace that pump or can I add a fuel pump to another location? I am ignorant on the subject so some real world experience would do me wonders on this subject. Oh and what about injectors to? I am just looking to spray a hundred shot but I wanna do it a safe as possible on a stock block. TIA for input guys.

Yes, you'll need to upgrade your fuel delivery system at that point. Most get new in-tank fuel pumps as, from what I'm told, this is the most effective way to improve fuel flow.

Yes you will need to put a walboro 255 intank pump in.THey are 125.00.If you plan on spraying more than a 150 shot in the future I suggest a Racetronix system.They are 249.00.Do not waste your time doing a inline pump.Its a poor way of bandaiding the problem.As far as injectors.As long as you have enough injector to support the heads and cam set up and are running a wet system you will ot need to worry about injectors.If you are running a dry kit.I suggest upgrading the injectors.
