Default mounting the bottle
Can a nitrous bottle be mounted sideways and still work properly? I was thinking of putting it in the left side of the rear compartment.

Yes it can be mounted side ways as long as the tip of the pick up tube is facing backwards.In another words rotate the bottle valve where the nipple is facing to the back of the car a little bit.
