Default A/F Ratio

Just wondering what the prefered method of changing the a/f ratio is. Do you guys adjust jetting sizes or do you using tuning software to alter your fuel tables. (PE table I'm assuming). Thanks.

IMHO I would nail down my fueling off the bottle via tuning software, then when on the bottle I would tune with jets.

This is what most of us do expect those that are spraying big shots. They have separate NA and N2O program files. When they get to the drag strip, they edit their PCM with the N2O file for spraying.
