You should be able to make about 5 - 6 good runs. More or less (+/-2)depending on if you purge, bottle temp and pressure.

I used to log my bottle fills per shot size, I would easily get 8 runs of 75shot, this is of course spraying out of the hole (like it matters with a infant shot) and through the gears to the traps, then was running low 12's/high 11's.
