Default Got some good results with the wet/dry 225 shot.

Was able to head out to the track today to get some clean passes in with the 2 stage 225 shot. I couldn't be more pleased. Keep in mind this car is still running a stock bottom end, stock 853s, stock 4l60, and a 2.73 10 bolt.

First pass of the day I cut a badass .503 light but the car spun bad so I went 10.4.

Second pass was a 10.13@134 with a 1.49 60'.

Third pass was a 10.2@135 with a 1.51 60', I jambed the brakes to hard at the top of the track and my nose dragged. Completly torn up the fiberglass nose support so we had to use ratchet tie downs to hold the nose on the car.

Fouth pass was a 10.10@135 with a 1.46 60'.

Fifth pass was another 10.2 with a soft 1.60 60'.

My race weight on the 10.10 pass was about 3090lbs (I'm about 225 with my gear on). The car also carried the tires alittle for about 20' on a few of the passes, which felt pretty cool. Oh ya, the DA was in the 1200 range.

I wanted to step up to a 250 shot but my fuel pump is completly taxed. 9's are coming next month.

Andrew,

Marc gave me the good news just after you talked to him.

That car is flying, wished I could have taken a day off and seen it myself.

Congratulations Man!!!

What are your NA times? I'm guessing you're spraying dry first and wet 2nd? 75 dry/150 wet? I have a similer setup in the works and just looking for ideas.

Killer time, your getting harder for me to catch. I hope to do my first 10.xx this Friday. Gotta love the dual stage, imo, faster than a single all in one hit. Congrats on a fine run. By the way what tire are you running? I have been getting 1.5xs out old bfg's and think I can do 1.4x?

Hey Gator, that was on the 275/50 M/Ts. I started out at 22psi like we had talked about in the past. The car didn't hook at all. I droped them back to 15 psi and the car stuck much better. Seems to be happy there. I stiffend up the rear shocks a good amount too. I still have some suspension work to do, car should be cutting consistant low 1.40s.

Like listed above, stock heads, TSP MS3 cam, a cheap Midwest 3500 with a 2.5str (it's not even built for nitrous).

I was coming out of the hole on the 50 and hitting the 175 just as the car was transfering weight (maybe 5-10' out).

Robert, that vette is going 10s for sure. Good luck at your track date.

BTW: I found another slip in my pocket this morning, 10.14@135.

Congrats that mooving for sure!

What gas/timing are you running? Weve been running around 18-20 degrees on Cam2 Purple (not much octane) with slightly less shot then you
