Default MSD Digital Window Switch

Should it be on 1cyl mode? It says cars w/ individual coils per cyl use that mode. Also when it is turned on what should it say? it says 0.. is that correct? I set on an off rpm.

it should be in the 4 cyl mode if you are tapped into the pcm tach wire. When you turn the unit on it will read as follow; on 30, off 5.5, mode 4 cyl, then it will read your rpms 8 or 9 if you are idling, if your engine is off it will read 0. The on/offs above are for 3000 & 5500, that is what I have mine at.
