refill help please. 
I think I got ripped at the local shop. I filled my bottle for the first time, took the car out, did a short purge to get the air out. I made 6, 1/8th mile runs and was out. With the warmer on, it held 900 psi but no N2O would come out.Come to find out, last night, that this shop did this to another guy too. 2 lbs nitrous / 8 lbs air.
WHAT can I do to keep this from happening? What can be done to ensure more nitrous is put in?
Edit: this was with a Compucar 100 shot, 10lbs bottle.

As Wile_E indicated, the only way to know you aren't being ripped off is to watch them fill it. Barring that, take a bathroom scale with you, weigh the bottle in front of them, and tell them you expect the bottle to be at its max weight when you get it back (the empty and full weights should be listed on the bottle's label) OR find someone you can trust to fill your bottle.

How many pounds did he charge you for? Compressing 8 pounds of air? Prob can't get anymore n2o into a bottle, because he is a lameo, but decides to charge for a full bottle. What was the outside temp? Was the bottle heater on before you got their. There are ways to fill a bottle completely, even when warm or crappy pump. I have been clipped also, but not again, like said bring your bathroom scale if you have to.

The bottle was cold and it was completely empty...from when I bought it from the guy. He charged me for 10lbs @ $4/lbs. $40 for 6 short sprays. I think I'll kick his *** next week, that way the authorities will have to track me down 10,000 miles from here. But I'm sure they'll wait for to come back.
