Default Do I have to change my timing

Looking at getting a 150 shot for my new 2002 Z06. Will I have to change the timing at all? Should I get the Full Throttle Timing tuner? Or do you thing it should be fine as long as i don't go over 150 shot?

A few of the nitrous manufacturers state you don't have to at that power level. However, I would take out between 2-4 degrees depending on the temperature at the track/dyno and the type of gas you have in your tank at the time of the run. Usually, the Z's have a fairly aggressive tune from the factory. With minor bolt on's (no cam or heads) and a 100 shot (TNT F1 kit) with 2 degrees taken out on a customers Z we got 501rwhp.

If your car is stock and you have no computer tunning. You should not need to pull out timming.Just one step colder plug and good gas.If you want the best of both worlds later on a NA tune and Nitrous Tune now would be the time for the timing tunner.

I think stock timing would be fine, but it never hurts.
