Coil failure with n20?

Coil failure with n20? Was dynoing last Saturday (getting my nitrous tune up right) and managed to put down decent numbers but our session was cut short when the #5 coil failed.
Has anybody ever experienced this? What will cause a coil to fail??

i have also seen them go on the fritz do to moister, try spraying the connections with silicone spray to dry anything out.
could just be a fluke.
