how many times do you hear guys blowing up their intake and hood off with wet kits? Not very many.. explosion comes from puddling the intake or starting the car with nitrous in the cylinders or something stupid. most of the time its user error.

Well just speaking from very close to home, 4 out of six friends that run wet systems have severely backfired causing some type of intake damage. Two of those may have been user error, but I don't know that for sure.

I've never even heard of a backfire from those running a dry system.

I have seen back fores with DRY systems to.... They are just not as bad.

I have played with many, many ,many wet systems and have personaly not seen all that many back fires compared to how many are out there. All the ones I have seen have almost always been user error.
