Default Finaly got to use the n20 at the track..

Well I went to the track today.. But bottle pressure was an issue and so were my bullshit tires.. Before i went i put it in a bucket of boiling water and got it up to 1500lbs.. by the time i got to the track it was 900ish (I need a heater). Well the i didnt get the times i wanted they kinda sucked.... I guess i should of got a tune after my headers...

best was
2.11 60'
8.45 1/8
87.61 1/8 mph
12.76 1/4
114.78 1/4 mph

that was the only run where the launch was ok the rest were 2.2,2.3,lol 1 2.6 (sprayed while spinning..) Im pissed cause my dad was getting cold so i did not get to run more. cause my best run was my last one. and i did not run without the n20 so i dont know what diffrence the headers did...

I think the mph was good but the time blew.

I might try to make it back agian before the season is over...
Bottem line my car needs some tire and tune...

This was on a C5 with full exhaust and 5177 kit 100 shot.

Get some tires and get the 60'er into the 1.6x's and you'll have yourself a high 11.xx ride. yes the mph does indicate some more ET in this set-up. Unless you can hook up you will never realize the full potential of your mods. good luck, you'll get there.

Also, did you have it jetted per NOS (at flywheel) or jetted like it should be at the rear wheels. i can give the jet sizes if needed.

I have it jetted to the flywheel. It the biggest one's that came with my kit were for a 100 shot so thats 80rwhp??

Yep, they used to include the dual .038's but no longer. I think the reason was on the 99/00 with the small injectors and a few mods they wanted to protect themselves from motors going lean. Dual .038's will give you a true 100+rwhp.
