Comparable thread sealant to NX

Who sells a thread sealant comparable to the stuff NX supplies in the kit? It seems to be a sealer and almost like locktite.

autozone, orielly, pep boys, advance, lowes, homedepot, any parts store.
It is just red loctite.. SHHHH but you did not hear it from me.

Shake Red Loctite well before using.
