wondering also if the 860 bracket will fit a 15#er with the plastic over it? Will it work with the speaker in there also?

The 860 unit will work with a 15lb bottle.However you will have to put some washers under the front bracket to space the bottle neck up higher to clear the hump.The plastic will fit over it.

What is the benefit of dual nozzles vice single?

And can someone explain how the nitrous and fuel lines get routed? Nitrous and fuel on each nozzle correct? I don't want braided line madness under the hood.
Debating on deal one or just buying the plate system and a window switch.

The advantage of a dual nozzle is that you can spray more on a dual nozzle. The single nozzle will do just as good of a job it just can not spray as much overall.
