how much can a bolt on lt-1 take ive been looking at a nx 125 shot wet kit for my bolt on 94 i should be able to spary all dya no problems right any advice/help would be greta thanks i advance...wiht all the sfaty features window swtick fss ect ect what should a good kit run me cdn
The stock bottom end can safely take a 150 shot.However I like to suggest upgrading your intank fuel pump for anything over a 100 shot. The two best saftey features are a windows witch and fuel pressure safety switch. A bottle heater will help maintain the bottle pressure needed for the system to fuction propery. A purge will empty air out of the line and help you get a better sit off the line. PLuss it can purge down bottle pressure if needed. The nitrous pressure gauge is needed to know your bottle pressure. A NHRA valve and blow down tube will be needed to pass tech at the race track.
For your set up a simple NX or Nitrous Outlet Single nozzle kit will still give you the best quality available at a affordable price. If you are looking for something more custom I suggest one of our plate systems or a NX maff kit. For the accessories a GENX2 is the best way to go.WE carry many different window switches also. As Dave said you should be very safe with a 100 shoot. many run a 125-159.
Back in the Day When Kurtis Tamez was selling NX stuff he ran well over a 175 shot pushing a completely stock engine and transmission to 11.45. I would not recomend this at all
I will have to talk to Ryan K and see what the limits of the MAF kit where when he was testing it for NX
