Default question for N20 pro. . .

what is the cubic inch/lbs bottle ratio?
let me re-phrase that, if i wanted to fabricate a bottle out of metal, how many cubic inches is a 5lb or 10lb or 15lb bottle?

would it be too difficult to hold the pressure in withouth the bottle being cylindrical?

i just had a few ideas for hidden bottles that i wanted to fabricate

if your a distributor pm and i just might tell you my ideas for a little credit (free ****)

At the house so I do not have the specs handy, but to built your own bottle or holding tank is extremely dangerous. One reason the bottle can hold the pressure it does, there are no sharp corners inside the tank.. The bottom is roughly 1/2 in thick with a 1/4 or so side wall..
Aslo the bottle are o2 cleaned.
What ever you build send it to hydro testing and o2 cleaning just to make sure you are good to go..
You can pm me but if you are going to put it into a roll cage been done and is also not recommended..LOL

I would be VERY VERY careful building anything you expect to contain 1500-3000 psi. the last thing you want to do is create a shrapnel bomb in your vehicle. Please just becareful and use common sense, and absolutely get it hydro tested. Oxygen clean is VERY important as well. I really reccomend against this though, try and find a bottle/size that suits your needs

You are taking on a lot of liability building a storage unit for any chemical compound. Good idea as far as ideas go...bad idea to go through with your idea.

well since its such a bad idea ill tell you, i was thinking of relocating the battery to the back, and making a square bottle and hiding it in a fake plastic battery shell and cover the wires coming out in red and black plastic so it just looks like a battery where it belongs under the hood.

it would be a lot of work, but it would have a cool factor.
