Moving that kind of fuel volume I'd go with a dedicated fuel system for the nitrous.
Is this going to be dry, wet, or direct port?
If you're running on the edge with your spark advance then you'll definately need to adjust it when running that much bottle.
The only way I know to avoid changing the tune would be to run 114 or greater octane in the dedicated fuel system. Then you could leave the tune alone.
A second dedicated fuel system is far better than a booster pump.
