Ok so I have decided i'm going to do heads and cam and nitrous. What are the better heads for 100 dry shot of nitrous? 5.3L style to increase compression or are ls6 style heads better? thanks guys.

 

With a just a 100 shot or so it wont matter too much, just choose whatever works better for your setup on motor and spray away.
Spend your time making sure your fuel system is ready to supply though, picking large enough injectors and upgrade the fuel pump.
(leave room cause you'll be pillin up from that 100!!!)
