Default Nitrous Pressure Question

I just filled the bottle yesterday so it has had time warm up since being in the fridge. I have a blanket on it and it is about 65-70 degrees outside. The pressure is at 750-800 range. Is that because it is still to cold or do I need a warmer? to raise the pressure to optimum level?(1050)I live in Miami so I didn't think this would be a problem.

Yup, you need a warmer. I live in south TX, and this time of year I need a warmer to get the pressure up.
