My car has mileage close to yours, and I am getting ready to have a kit put on. I plan on only spraying 100 shot also.
If tuned and installed right should be no problems.

Yes not constantly of course ....I always monitored the A/F very closely with a dynotune digital gauge... I ran many, many bottle through it and it still ran well when I sold it at 114,000 miles.
